职位描述：
responsibilities:
1、property leasing for the entire mall
2、 responsible for the overall revenue generation via leasing rental, retail sales commission and other income (e.g., in mall advertising)
3、drive retail sales: partnering with tenants and marketing department to drive tenant sales growth, leading to sales turnover growth for the mall
4、managing the leasing pipeline
5、drive the overall leasing and contract cycle; from lead generation to contract negotiation/signing, handover and opening
6、interface internally with central leasing team based in hk for key tenant negotiations
7、develop and manage the future tenant profile and zoning mix, in line with evolving local market requirements
8、 maintain local market and competitive landscape insights and help to incorporate them into mall leasing strategy and positioning
9、review and maintain the tenant database and rent roll
10、drive analytics of retail sales and revenue
profile:
1、minimum 8 years of relevant experience
2、fluent in english and mandarin chinese (reading and writing)
3、 familiar with various international and domestic brands
4、 familiar with the retail market and consumer trends
5、existing strong brand resources considered advantageous
6、strong analytical and negotiating ability
7、ethically impeccable and role model to others
8、 tenacious to drive results and to create a high performance team
