Job Description:To be an operation team member in a team of 5~20 staff, reporting to the supervisor, to provide the outsourced operation services to Japan customers based on the service agreement.? Banking/Securities operation Data reconciliation/maintenance.? To process the daily transactions timely and correctly based on the operation process procedure.? To escalate operation issue to the supervisor, and assist the supervisor on the error analysis and corrective/preventive action plan.Qualifications:1~3 years work experience of BPO/Banking operation.With knowledge of financial/banking operations, quality control, risk control.Business reading/writing/Speaking Japanese language skill and good understanding of Japanese culture, good sense of client first.Business reading/writing level of English language is preferable.
