Responsibilities:
· Provide undated organizational structure of business departments, job responsibilities of department, job descriptions of different positions.
· Ensure a working junction between departments and Human Resources, resolve conflicts and optimize best practice approaches.
· Cooperate with Hiring Team for recruitment.
· Participate in the design and implement of the annual salary adjustment plan.
· Management of Employee enrollment and resignation.
· Convey the policy of performance evaluation of the business department to employees and supervise implementation.
· Provide updated company policies and processes and ensure that requirements are met.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or above in Human recourses management or a comparable field of studies.
· Knowledge of labor law, headcount control, and other personnel management methods.
· 3-5 years of human recourses and automobile related working experience.
· Excellent in communication with people with different culture background.
· Good at organization and deal with conflict and stress work situation.
· Fluent in German or English language.
· Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
