主要职责：
1、根据不同客户的标的需求及运输方案，负责制定海运报价，并提交于销售及支持部门；
2、需要与德国、印度或其他分公司合作投标；
要求：
1、统招本科以上学历，国贸或物流相关专业优先；
2、性格灵活善于沟通，同行业货代投标报价或者海运客服3年以上经验；
3、Excel 技能熟练；
4、英语6级以上，读写流利；

1 General Description
This position is responsible for all ocean tender , ensure good and accurate quotation , engage with sales and operation team to follow up the tender.
2 Specific Accountabilities
·Manage all aspects of Tenders and RFQ response in close coordination with Products, regional and global teams
·Coordinate with respective Account Managers, to ensure pre-planning of tenders ahead of launch, gather pricing intelligence and customer solution, and liaise with products stakeholders to provide pricing and solutions aligned to customer’s requirements
·Follow up and comply with internal systems and procedure to continuously improve overall communicating flow between internal and external customers groups
·Ensure clear communication and timely status updates of tender plan of action, strategy, and proposed solution for RFQ to the stakeholders involved
·Facilitate translation of customer business requirements into functional requirements for design and development of new/potential solution and services
·Provide timely reports for business opportunities and overview
·Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management to support the business goal
Skills Required
·Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
·Fluent in oral and written English
·Good knowledge of logistic services
·Good know-how of all MS Office tools
· Experience and Qualifications
·University degree or equivalent, preferred in Logistics, International Trade
·Minimum 5 years working experience in freight forwarding company and previous experience preferable from Sales or Tender Management or Pricing roles.
