Job Duties:
- Cooperate closely with internal BD and OP team to ensure project successfully transit from solution to stable operation.
- Prepare implementation schedule with timeline/ tasks and deploy to relative PIC, hold regular communication meeting with customer and internal stakeholders to track the implementation progress and escalate the issues if needed.
- Customer interface with aim to build good customer relationship.
- Management coordination of end to end implementation process, including detailed operation requirements collection, data analysis, process and flow chart generation, vendor site visit, training and evaluation.
- Identify potential risks and get alignment with stakeholders.
- Support segment specific market analysis in China logistics industry. Implementation development and deployment in identified opportunity sectors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Logistics / Business Administration related discipline
- Minimum 1 year fundamental experience in logistics industry, preferable in China/ Asia
- International work experience in logistics industry
- Excellent process, analytical and financial skills
- Good understanding of Operations management in Logistics or Manufacturing Environment
- Good understanding of supply chain systems (E.g. planning systems, process tools)
- Mature, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and preferably Chinese
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
