Tasks
Responsible for HVB laser welding technologies process, by design, enabling and qualifying technology processes, as well as for the integration of changes for existing production lines.
Optimizing testing process technology in HVB shop floor, ensuring they can be operated flexibly, efficiently and can guarantee a permanent and stable product quality.
Take responsibility on technology process problem solving.
Key Responsibility
· Monitoring quality and stability status for process technology, Improving technology process in terms of cost and efficiency, Enable improvements in the production process
· Supporting the release of technology processes including risk evaluation.
· Raising the necessary requirements to evaluate and approve process and product changes
· Supporting commissioning and validation in coordination with the project team
· Coordinating the qualification of processes and equipment as well as steering evaluation measures to achieve and maintain quality targets
· Releasing relevant technology process
