Job Title: TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD E POWERTRAIN Division/Department: Technical Development Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: * Responsible for the work content of the project team consisting of design, simulation, testing, manufacturing process and application tasks. * Responsible for the Project Reporting, Project Communication, Project Control. * Responsible for the steering of internal and external resources for reaching the goals in timeline, quality, and properties. * Responsible for the resources planning for the concept and aligning with department leaders and TD head. * Responsible for escalating by expected non-fulfilling of the task and providing alternative solutions. * Consolidation and plausibility of development costs. Manage project development cost and facilitate to decision documents. * Responsible for enabling the carryover of a technical concept to the Product Development Process (PEP) of Volkswagen. * Responsible for exchange of information/experience with the participating teams in Germany. * Responsible for the communication/exchange between internal and external project interfaces. Update the internal communication system/documents, e.g., PRIME. * Supports the „continuous improvement process” of the company. * Supports for lessons learnt process. * Responsible for coordination of contract with service suppliers, e.g., KUE’s and SOC’s. Our Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. * Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken), Chinese and German (preferable). * Over 5 years working experience at least in automotives industry, preferable in eDrive control, electro-magnetic design. * Deep knowledge of project management (time management, budget planning and controlling) * Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures (PEP
