Job Title: PCBA Test Engineer
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Key tasks:
1. Debugging, supporting, and further developing hardware-in-the-loop test
benches for systems in the field of new energy vehicles.
2. Create PCBA test specification.
3. Analyze system requirements and define test cases.
4. Responsible for the test planning of the overall project, including
planning the whole life cycle activities of the test to ensure product quality.
5. Responsible for the construction of the test environment and the test
execution of the test project.
6. Complete the test report and result analysis and monitor and track the bug
status of the project.
7. Test equipment use support and maintenance upgrades.
Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in
Electrical engineering / Vehicle engineering.
2. Be fluent in at least one programming language.
3. It is best to have professional experience in hardware-in-the-loop testing
of control units.
4. Highly analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and
regulation.
6. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if
something goes wrong.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English are preferred.
