Job Title: TDE5 | Power Module Design_Material and Reliability
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Key tasks:
1. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of power module
components to ensure stable and reliable performance; For example, welding
materials, substrate DBC/AMB, bonding wire/clip, DTS, NTC/PTC, and other
related raw materials.
2. Participate in the overall design of power module components and develop
appropriate component solutions based on product requirements.
3. Research and develop key technologies of key components to improve product
performance and durability.
4. Responsible for establishing a lifecycle model for power modules and being
able to complete lifecycle evaluations.
5. Responsible for selecting EMC mold compound types to meet the performance
and durability requirements of power module products.
6. Evaluate and select suitable fixture materials in the manufacturing
process, optimize the fixture process to improve product quality and
reliability, collaborate with other departments, investigate and solve issues
related to fixture materials and processes
Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering and Automation,
Materials Science and Engineering, etc.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in power modules or related fields,
with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power modules.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of power
modules, understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon
carbide devices.
4. Proficient in circuit simulation software (such as Multisim, PSPICE, etc.),
possessing certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
5. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
6. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
