What You Will Achieve02
Joining Pfizer’s finance team, your position will02be responsible for02
supporting operations colleagues in building their budget and reviewing their
actuals as well as in answering any finance question/need. The team is also
responsible for the legal entities hosting the international02inter-company02
transactions and will have an oversight role02on02these legal entities,
understanding the key drivers of the financial statements as well as the major
fluctuations. You and your team will02be responsible for02ensuring the accuracy
and completeness of the financial statements of the Pfizer legal entities.02

As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the02objectives02for multiple projects
in your division. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the
people in your division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and
customer requirements will02facilitate02in instituting knowledge sharing
practices in your team and outside. You shall be relied on to manage
operational activities that support the goals of the division and02sets02
direction for its success.02

How You Will Achieve It02

Set02objectives02for and manage multiple projects/ ongoing work activities of
moderate complexity within Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit.02
*
Lead development of monthly financial reports for management, explaining
material variances from budget and prior forecast. Prepare and present business
results, financial02projections02and analyses to support the clients’ financial
and operational02objectives.02
*
Issue, deliver country financial statements including review for compliance
with Pfizer accounting policies and procedures.02
*
Manage budget creation, forecasts and reporting to clients that02are02always02
timely, reliable,02focused02and relevant for decision making.02
*
Participate in preparation for forecast/budget review meetings with senior
leadership and02provide02any necessary analytics to supplement those reviews.0202
*
Monitor forecast/budget sensitivities and post-review adjustments to ensure
that the final estimates incorporate decisions/guidance from forecast meetings.02

Ensure that the local GAAP preparation and publication are performed
accurately and02timely02in coordination with the Compliance manager.02
*
Review and validate the financial statements after work performed by other
stakeholders.02
*
Ensure accurate and complete financial information is provided to external
parties when required (i.e., Customs authorities, Tax authorities, etc.).0202

Ensure the appropriate balance in the team workload between accounting entries
and financial statements analysis.02

Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team culture and support Pfizer’s

Expertise in statutory accounting and local GAAP procedures.02
